The Beginnings of the Cheerleading Group

Our cheerleading group was established in 2023 with the goal of offering a program that allows children to spend their free time in a healthy and enjoyable way. The founders of the foundation initiated this program to promote both the physical and emotional development of children through sports.

Group Growth

The team began with approximately 27 girls and has since grown significantly. We currently have 55 girls actively participating, continuously improving their skills in various technical areas

Training Techniques

Our training focuses on techniques that develop both individual and group abilities, including:

Postures
Grips
Arc passes
Acrobatic skills
Pyramid structures
Strength and endurance
Choreography structuring
Gymnastics techniques
Jumps and flexibility

Group Categories

Our cheerleading team is divided into several age-based categories, allowing us to adapt training to the abilities and needs of each participant.

Mini

4 a 7 años

Youth Prep

8 a 12 años

Junior

13 a 17 años

Elite

Achievements

This year, our team participated in the Colombia Cup, held in Manizales, achieving outstanding performances in various categories:

Mini: 3rd place
Youth Elite: 5th place

We are incredibly proud of the dedication, effort, and sportsmanship demonstrated by our team. We will continue working towards new goals and competitions!
